A Straightforward Leasing Process
At Stonefire Berkeley, we strive to simplify the leasing process for our tenants. In order to achieve this goal, our professional on-site management team is always happy to assist with leasing questions. To apply, international students must provide an I-20 or J1 visa, then pay a $1,000 deposit per resident if they do not have a qualified guarantor.
