Our housing contracts span 12 months, from August until July.

We offer a variety of floor plans, including studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and penthouse suites. Floor plans will have anywhere from one full bathroom to two full bathrooms and an additional half bath.

Located just two blocks from UC Berkeley campus, Stonefire Berkeley residents can easily walk, bike, or drive to campus.

Each of our apartments include lavish interior features, including stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioner, granite counters, ceiling fans, large closets, and views of San Francisco Bay, the San Francisco Skyline, and the Bay & Golden Gate bridges. Certain floor plans also include a balcony and walk-in closets.

Yes! We have both an on-site staff as well as an on-site maintenance team who are happy to help with questions or concerns residents may have in regards to their apartment or any other aspect of our community.
